Co-authored "Hybrid Machine Learning Approaches for Rainfall Forecasting and Hydrometeorological Alert Support in a Tropical Colombian Basin", presented at WEEF & GEDC 2026 (IFEES) in Cartagena de Indias. Trained the ML model and built the API that exposes the forecasts.
